If any order detail is incorrect, please email us within an hour of placing your order atCustomerCare@carolineconstas.com. We are unable to change or cancel orders after this window closes. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
If you choose to waive signature for delivery, we are not responsible for lost packages once our carrier confirms delivery of the shipment.
Domestic – Orders placed with ground shipping will be dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be dispatched same-day if received by 11:00 AM EST. Any orders placed after 11:00 AM EST or on Fridays, weekends, and holidays will be processed the following business day.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
CAROLINE CONSTAS offersreturns on merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from receipt of package. A $35 label/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all domestic orders.
For all International returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, taxes and duties for the return.
Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed or altered. It must have all tags and stickers attached and bereturned in its original packaging.
Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and have the protective adhesive strip to be accepted forreturn.
Footwear must include the original shoe box and dust bag. A shoe box fee in the amount of $10 will be charged if shipped back without the original shoe box.
CAROLINE CONSTAS reserves the right to refuse anyreturnor exchange if it does not meet the above criteria. If areturnis refused, the item will be sent back to you.

Once yourreturnarrives at our facility, please allow up to 30 business days for refund to be issued. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 10 days for your financial institution to process.
