Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

If any order detail is incorrect, please email us within an hour of placing your order at CustomerCare@carolineconstas.com.  We are unable to change or cancel orders after this window closes.  Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

If you choose to waive signature for delivery, we are not responsible for lost packages once our carrier confirms delivery of the shipment.

Domestic – Orders placed with ground shipping will be dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be dispatched same-day if received by 11:00 AM EST. Any orders placed after 11:00 AM EST or on Fridays, weekends, and holidays will be processed the following business day. 

Ground Shipping (5-7 business days): Free Shipping

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $25

*Note: We only ship on business days and we do not offer Saturday or holiday deliveries. 

International – International orders ship within 48 hours of placing the order. Our international shipping cost is not inclusive of any import duties and taxes which are set by the destination country.

International Shipping (3-7 business days)

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CAROLINE CONSTAS offers returns on merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 14 days from receipt of package.  A $35 label/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all domestic orders. For all International returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, taxes and duties for the return.

Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed or altered.  It must have all tags and stickers attached and be returned in its original packaging.

Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and have the protective adhesive strip to be accepted for return.

Footwear must include the original shoe box and dust bag.  A shoe box fee in the amount of $10 will be charged if shipped back without the original shoe box.  

CAROLINE CONSTAS reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if it does not meet the above criteria.  If a return is refused, the item will be sent back to you.

Returns – Please go to https://carolineconstas.loopreturns.com/ and you will be guided through the returns process and receive a return shipping label via email. Product must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving return merchandise authorization.

International Returns – Please reach out to customercare@carolineconstas.com with your order number in order to complete your return.

Exchanges – Please go to  https://carolineconstas.loopreturns.com/and follow the steps to complete the return process. You will receive the Instant Refund voucher code that can be used to place a new order right away.

Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 30 business days for refund to be issued. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 10 days for your financial institution to process.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

CAROLINE CONSTAS does not honor price adjustments.

SALE ITEMS AND OFFERS

Sale items purchased at a discount of 20% and greater are not eligible for returns and are FINAL SALE. No exchanges are allowed.
