TILAPIA RECIPE
CRISPY LEMON ROSEMARY TILAPIA
- Juice of ½ lemon in a pan with olive oil, medium heat
- Lay tilapia flat on pan and cover with pepper, rosemary sprigs, lots of oregano
- Squeeze some lemon juice over it, let it sizzle until the edges of the fish are white
- Flip the tilapia and repeat the pepper, oregano, rosemary and lemon
- Flip the fish 2-3 more times until cooked through and super crispy on the outside
