TILAPIA RECIPE

CRISPY LEMON ROSEMARY TILAPIA

  • Juice of ½ lemon in a pan with olive oil, medium heat
  • Lay tilapia flat on pan and cover with pepper, rosemary sprigs, lots of oregano
  • Squeeze some lemon juice over it, let it sizzle until the edges of the fish are white
  • Flip the tilapia and repeat the pepper, oregano, rosemary and lemon
  • Flip the fish 2-3 more times until cooked through and super crispy on the outside
