SCALLOP RECIPE
For the Scallops:
- 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, medium heat
- Add ground pepper and chili flakes
- Watch them sizzle and turn over after 2 minutes
- Keep flipping them until they are brown and a bit crispy on the outside
For the Salad:
- On medium heat put the corn in a pan,
- Drip some olive oil from the scallops over it and cook until the kernels start to brown
- Add the quinoa and mix on low heat
- Add some chili flakes and lemon juice
- Add chopped green onions
