If you choose to waive signature for delivery, we are not responsible for lost packages once our carrier confirms delivery of the shipment.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CAROLINE CONSTAS offersĀ returns on merchandise in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from receipt of package.Ā Ā A $15 label and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all domestic orders.Ā For all InternationalĀ returns, shipping, taxes and duties for the return will be deduced from your refund.
Merchandise must not be used, worn, washed or altered.Ā It must have all tags and stickers attached and beĀ returned in its original packaging.
Swimwear must be tried on with underwear and have the protective adhesive strip to be accepted forĀ return.
Footwear must include the original shoe box and dust bag.Ā A shoe box fee in the amount of $10 will be charged if shipped back without the original shoe box.Ā Ā
CAROLINE CONSTAS reserves the right to refuse anyĀ returnĀ or exchange if it does not meet the above criteria.Ā If aĀ returnĀ is refused, the item will be sent back to you.

Once yourĀ returnĀ arrives at our facility, please allow up to 30 business daysĀ for refund to be issued. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment and may take up to 10 days for your financial institution to process.
